I mentioned it many times before that if something negative happened to you, you should still stay relaxed, since there would be something positive attached to it. It is a universal law.
This means, that everything strives to hold on to a certain balance. North-South, East-West, hot-cold, winter-summer, and the list goes on. Your mind/body/spirit also tries to follow these natural rules.
Have you noticed that when you are emotionally drained, your body also feels weak? Vice versa, when you are physically drained, you don’t feel emotional strength either.
This correlation can easily be turned to your advantage if you pay attention to it.
If you are emotionally down, why not hit the gym or go for a run, or do any other physical activity? You will soon notice that your energy is back- even if you tire yourself out.
When you are physically drained, doesn’t a good comedy bring you back up? It can be any other mental activity. If you are an avid reader, the book will do the same. A simple talk with a loved one is also a good pick-me-up.
Your bioenergy is part of your entire being. Keeping it in balance one way or another is very important. Think of it as the governor of your entire immune system. If the energy is in balance, your immune system is at its strongest, thus your health is protected.
Keep paying attention to yourself. Once in a while turn off the phone and all the other electronic distractions, and just listen. Sit still or lie down for even a short time, and try to do absolutely nothing. What does your body tell you? What does the little voice in your mind tell you? Can you feel your spirit?
If you can read the signs, you are a step closer to knowing the solution to your problems. Be aware and take care of yourself. If you don’t, who will?
